Speciality: Monkfish with peas
A base is prepared with onion, peppers, fried tomatoes, crushed fresh tomatoes, wine, colouring and thickener, which is then set aside. Batter-fried monkfish, which is then cooked in the sauce. Served with peas and home-made French fries.
