Speciality: Hake stew

The onion and garlic are first sautéed together with a ripe tomato. The fish and potatoes that have been previously cut into large pieces are then lightly fried. Once the hake is sealed, all the ingredients are placed in an earthenware dish and finished in the oven for about 20 minutes.
