Grill the white seabream with a little salt, olive oil and parsley. Meanwhile, prepare an accompaniment of grilled vegetables made up from red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms and tomato. To plate up, decorate with paprika salt and a reduction of Pedro Jiménez with lettuce.
