Speciality: Puri’s Rice

Ingredients: Rice, black pudding, octopus, squid, meat broth and saffron. Sauté the squid with the black pudding, then add white wine and meat broth. Add salt, saffron and rice and, a few minutes later, add the previously cooked octopus. The final texture is of a brothy, mellow rice.
