Speciality: Tortilla muradana

This is a cold dessert that is made in several parts. On the one hand, the dough is prepared from sugar, eggs and sweet wine or champagne. This mixture is shaped like a tortilla and put in the oven. On the other hand, a pastry cream is prepared, with which the tortilla is filled once it cools down. Finally, the tortilla is folded in half and topped with liquid caramel.
