Speciality: Grilled tuna taco and seasonal vegetables
The tuna is seared on the grill with olive oil so that it is still slightly rare and decorated with salt flakes. It is served on the plate with aubergine, red pepper and green pepper without skin, sweet onion, roasted Piquillo pepper and steamed courgettes. Cooked potatoes and a potato and pumpkin cream are also added.
