Speciality: Octopus on a tile

The cachelos (potatoes boiled in their skins) are prepared, the grelos (turnip tops) are steamed and the octopus is cooked on the griddle. It is served on a clay tile with a wooden base, seasoned with a dressing based on herbs and garlic.
