Speciality: Monkfish and John Dory ‘Caldeirada’ (fish stew)
The potatoes and peas are first boiled. The fish is then added depending on the cooking time. A garlic and oil ‘ajada’ is prepared separately, to which sweet paprika is added, once removed from the heat. The dish is finished with the ‘ajada’ and served.
