Speciality: Hake in velvet crab sauce

Steam the hake. Once the velvet crab is cooked, shred. The next step is to sauté red peppers, carrots, onions and garlic. Once these vegetables have been sautéed, they are blended to make a sauce that will accompany the hake and the meat from the velvet crab.
