Speciality: Line caught hake in the Galician style
Boil the potatoes, when there are still a few minutes for them to be cooked, add the hake with some peas and, separately, sauté the onion and leek in olive oil. Once the potatoes and hake are ready, plate them up and cover them with the sauce, to which a little paprika is added.
