Speciality: Mussels in scallop sauce
For this recipe prepare the sauce in a frying pan with olive oil, onion, garlic and parsley until everything is well sautéed. Add Serrano ham, a splash of Albariño wine and fresh tomatoes. Next, add the mussels and allow them to cook with the sauce to allow the flavours to develop. To finish, put it in the scallop shells with breadcrumbs on top and bake until golden brown.
