Speciality: Marinara style clams

The clams are cooked and the cooking water is set aside. Onion and garlic are then added with a piece of chilli pepper. Sweet paprika is added to these sautéed vegetables and stirred. Flour and white wine are added to thicken the sauce. Then the fumet that has been set aside is added. Finally, the clams are added and everything is cooked for a few minutes. Served hot with sprinkled parsley.
