Speciality: Fish of the day with green asparagus, truffle aroma and chorizo oil

For the base, the asparagus is sautéed with onion and garlic. They are placed on the bottom of the plate and the fish loin is positioned on top of them. It is topped with a dash of oil flavoured with chorizo and truffle aroma.
