Speciality: Marinated sea bream and salicornia salad

First blanch the salicornia and sear it on the griddle. Afterwards, marinade the sea bream in a mixture of lime, basil and white wine, so it can later be seared with a blowtorch. Once the fish is plated up, decorate with pepper, smoked salt, alioli, red wine syrup and caramelized peanuts.
