Speciality: Hake cheeks in the pil pil style

Add the hake cheeks to a saucepan with coldpressed oil and garlic, stir slowly with circular movements on a low heat to make the pil pil. When ready, serve with boiled potatoes, two red chillies and a few garlic chips to accompany the cheeks.
