Speciality: Marinated tuna

First, chop the tuna and soak it in salt water for at least one hour. Once this time has passed, it is then cooked. Allow it cool, clean and debone. On the other hand, prepare a marinade with olive oil, vinegar, bay leaf, onion and garlic. The fish is added to the marinade and left to stand for a minimum of 24 hours. Serve with parsley and red pepper.
