Speciality: Carril clams in the marinera style

Add olive oil and chopped onion to a pan. Once browned, add the clams, sweet and spicy paprika and salt and allow them to open. In the meantime, the ‘marinera’ sauce is prepared by adding water from the clams themselves, albariño wine and a little flour to a pan. Mix everything and add the sauce to the frying pan with the clams until it comes to the boil again.
