O’Taberneiro opened its doors in the port of Rianxo almost three decades ago. The cuisine is traditional with fresh products from Rianxo and Ribeira. Among the specialities of this restaurant are the seasonal Rianxo ‘xouba’ (pilchards), cockle corn ‘empanada’ (Galician pie) and Galician fish, which is casseroled or grilled.
