With 25 years’ history, it is currently run by the second generation of chefs, who have given a more modern touch to the preparation and presentation of dishes. Nevertheless, they maintain their essence of traditional cuisine and respect for the local produce. Its menu includes species such as the Carril clam, lobster, sea bass and, of course, Fisterra pod clams, which are prepared with citrus fruit sauce obtained from lemons from their own orchard.
