O Bioco is a restaurant for 15 diners in the heart of the old town of Pontevedra that uses products from the Galician sea, countryside and forest. This establishment has a unique service, called “Bioquing” which is based on accompanying diners to Pontevedra Food Market where they choose the products helped by professional staff in the restaurant sector and then preparing the products purchased in the market following traditional recipes from the Galician coast. Its specialities include oysters from Barqueiro (Coruña), bivalves from our estuaries and fish from the Galician artisanal fishing fleet.
