Mesón Don Miguel opened its doors in 1998 and defines its cuisine as “home-cooked haute cuisine based on buying the best produce and a carefully preparing its dishes looking for the tradition of grandmothers from years gone by. Among this restaurant’s specialities are the grilled split red bream, Dover sole fried in virgin olive oil and turbot in a ‘caldeirada’ (fish stew).
