It has a traditional cuisine, taking particular care of the mise-en-scène and all the details of each dish. Its menu includes cod cheeks in the pil pil style with scallops and seaweed, cod confit salad with sea urchin caviar, warm scallop and prawn salad and paupiettes made with scallops and seasonal vegetables.
