Casa Solla opened its doors in the town of Poio in 1961, in a traditional Galician house surrounded by nature. Its cuisine is based on using simple Galician produce with a signature touch. Casa Solla tries to turn the Galician territory and culture into gastronomy. The restaurant’s dinner service has been hand-crafted and manufactured in Galicia. It is currently the restaurant that has uninterruptedly held a Michelin star the longest in the entire Iberian Peninsula.
