Located in an 1860 building that was initially dedicated to the salting factory, its name is a tribute to the grandparents of the current owners.

It opens only in high season and offers an innovative cuisine, which is committed to the flavours of yesteryear in dishes with a different preparation and presentation. Its menu includes smoked fish, home-made pickles and grilled whole fish, such as John Dory, brill or red mullet.
