The fishing fleet of this territory stands out in its own right with products such as bonito from Burela, hake from Celeiro or goose barnacles from Cedeira, among other delicacies. A Mariña – Ortegal excels in Spanish deep-sea fishing, with ports like that of Burela or Celeiro, being bases for an important fleet that fish in the Sole Bank. Its ports also include Ribadeo and Cariño, both of which stand out in the movement of goods at regional level. Its estuaries are the most northern in Galicia, illuminated by lighthouses located in places as impressive as Illa Pancha or Estaca de Bares.
Finally, it is essential to loose oneself among the cliffs of the beach of As Catedrais, which is a natural monument.
